Your responsibilities.

Your contributions will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Developing effective and tax-efficient strategies for cross-border investments, both in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Overseeing and delivering technical tax guidance and planning services for a range of international tax projects.
  • Keeping abreast of international developments that may impact business operations, both globally and locally.
  • Preparing and reviewing essential communications, including memos, summaries, and tax returns.
  • Leading compliance efforts, coordinating activities, and providing constructive feedback on performance.
  • Engaging with the tax engagement team to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications.
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in public accounting with a focus on international tax.
  • Proven expertise in the areas highlighted in the position summary.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Possession of a CPA or Bar License is mandatory.
  • Candidates must either reside in proximity to the specified area or be open to relocation for this role.
  • This position may involve some local, national, and occasional international travel.
  • Depending on relevant experience, this role may be filled at the Senior or Manager level.

This is an exempt position, which may require working hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
