Position Overview:
The Server plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in a dynamic and high-energy environment.

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, in addition to tips.

Application Process:
This is an evergreen role, meaning applications are accepted continuously without a specific deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu and any special offerings.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to banquet guests while ensuring clear communication with all patrons.
  • Serve food items at the appropriate temperature and as soon as they are available from the kitchen, as per customer orders.
  • Ensure all ordered items are presented neatly, avoiding any spill-over.
  • Assist in pre-bussing and full bussing of tables during peak service times.
  • Be available to work during high-demand periods.
  • Restock beverage stations as needed (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and desires.
  • Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen personnel to enhance coordination and improve the dining experience for patrons.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately address patron inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant food service experience is required.
  • Must obtain and keep current a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other necessary compliance training.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven setting.
  • Effective communication skills with employees, co-workers, management, and guests in a respectful and professional manner, fostering a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
