Position Overview:
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests in a dynamic and high-energy setting.

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, in addition to tips.

Ongoing Recruitment:
This is an evergreen role, and applications are welcomed continuously without a set deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and any special offerings.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to banquet attendees while ensuring clear communication with all guests.
  • Serve food items at the appropriate temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as per customer orders.
  • Ensure the neat presentation of all ordered items, avoiding any spill-over.
  • Assist in pre-bussing tables and fully bussing tables during peak times.
  • Be available to work during high-demand periods.
  • Restock beverage stations as needed (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc.).
  • Exhibit high responsiveness to customer needs and requests.
  • Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen personnel to enhance coordination and improve the dining experience for patrons.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately respond to patron inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant food service experience is required.
  • Must obtain and uphold a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other necessary compliance training.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with employees, management, and guests, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
