Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Server to provide top-notch service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, menu knowledge, and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. You will work closely with our kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch, attentive, and personalized service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu offerings, including food and wine, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Upsell and Promote: Promote our wine selection and special offerings to maximize revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area and dining sections clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle Payments: Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous Serving Experience: Previous serving experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge and Passion for Italian Cuisine: Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine and wines is a plus.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
