Overview: The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect team collaborates with clients to design and construct highly scalable, adaptable, and resilient cloud infrastructures and solutions.

Collaboration: AWS Solutions Architects work alongside AWS Sales and various AWS teams to tackle customer business challenges and promote the adoption of AWS services.

Customer Advocacy: As trusted advisors, Solutions Architects assist organizations in understanding best practices related to advanced cloud-based solutions and offer guidance on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud.

Driving Success: You will play a crucial role in achieving successful business outcomes for a diverse range of enterprise clients through your enthusiasm for educating, training, designing, and constructing cloud solutions.

Strategic Execution: You will have the chance to help shape and implement a strategy aimed at fostering deep adoption and widespread use of AWS within your enterprise clients, mobilizing resources within AWS and collaborating with our extensive partner network.

Travel Requirements: Travel is primarily regional, with expectations of 15-20% post-pandemic.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting within the software or Internet industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (such as SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and experience working with end-user or developer communities.
