Position Overview:
As a Cloud Systems Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting our federal client with advanced engineering solutions. This position requires an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph.

Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing cloud-based applications and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining hardware inventory and assisting in the procurement of cutting-edge devices such as tablets and printers.
  • Assessing and validating new requirements from course instructors for stand-alone devices utilized in training.
  • Tracking hardware devices and software licenses to prevent any from reaching end-of-life status.
  • Creating and updating baseline images for devices, ensuring they are equipped with the latest anti-virus and operating system updates.
  • Implementing a systematic check-in and check-out process for all hardware devices.
  • Monitoring and configuring cloud storage solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Overseeing database management to maintain efficiency within the cloud environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with security protocols and standard operating procedures in the cloud infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph.
  • Proven experience in a Linux environment, including proficiency with the Linux terminal.
  • Experience in creating and updating device images for software maintenance.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant technical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will also have:
  • Experience with web server maintenance and management.
  • Familiarity with IIS and Nginx.
  • Knowledge of AWS storage management and backups.
  • Experience with MongoDB database management.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization systems.
  • Knowledge of web security standards and network protocols.
