A dynamic real estate company in Brooklyn seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to join their property management team.


Key Responsibilities:
Effective tenant communication and rent collection.
Process repair requests efficiently and meet prospective tenants to verify qualifications.
Sign leases with prospective tenants and handle lease renewals.
Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, typing, photocopying, and phone message distribution.
Organize and maintain the office filing system and manage office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, and assist with presentations and document preparation.
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and manage the office calendar, scheduling, and appointments.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.

Compensation:
$55k-65k/Year
