Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Senior Cleaning Supervisor. This position requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our high standards of cleanliness. You will collaborate closely with management and provide guidance to fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain properties in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and homeowners by maintaining cleanliness.
  • Identify and report any property damages, creating maintenance requests as needed.
  • Provide mentorship and training to new and existing cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of completed cleaning tasks.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.
  • Foster open communication and collaborative relationships with team members and management.
  • Assist colleagues and management as necessary.
  • Provide coverage for management and co-supervisors when needed.
  • Collect and dispose of waste and debris.
  • Meet and uphold housekeeping performance metrics.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings.
  • Restock consumable items like soaps and paper products.
  • Maintain hot tubs as required, with training provided.
  • Other duties as assigned, as each day presents unique challenges.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Smartphone and personal email access.
  • Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplary reliability and responsiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but training on Vacasa standards is available.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using computers and smart devices.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is set at $XX/hr, with performance-based bonuses available for eligible employees.
