### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Pacific Regent Bellevue by Cogir. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our residents' apartments, common areas, and outside spaces.

### Key Responsibilities

* Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition, including residents' apartments, common areas, and outside spaces.
* Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sweep all areas of the establishment.
* Follow community cleaning schedule and protocol according to community guidelines, following established safety precautions.
* Report all repair requests or safety hazards.
* Perform laundry duties as assigned.
* Ensure that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times.

### Requirements
