Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Position. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving the growth of our successful insurance agency.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, leveraging a needs-based review process to identify and meet their needs.
- Employ exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting the development of our business.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues.
