Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with producers and customer service teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Manage daily policy management duties, including reviewing in-force policies, updating policy information, and gathering loss reports
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new Commercial P&C policies to existing clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience
  • Preference given to applicants with retail agency experience in a similar CSR or Account Manager capacity
  • Proven capabilities in marketing-related duties with an understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers
  • State insurance license required within the first 90 days of employment
