Insurance Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies
* Process insurance policy changes and updates
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Maintain accurate and organized customer files
* Prepare and process insurance quotes and applications
* Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals
* Promote and cross-sell insurance products and services
* Assist with claims processing and follow up
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
