Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership Responsibilities:
    • Enforce adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, along with all organizational policies and guidelines.
    • Promote employee health and safety, ensuring a secure and supportive work atmosphere.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, administer rewards and disciplinary actions as necessary, and ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
    • Manage workforce levels, proactively addressing vacancies, and fostering professional relationships within the team.
    • Resolve conflicts and facilitate ongoing training and development for team members across all skill levels.
  2. Maintenance Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the proper storage of incoming and refurbished components, ensuring the system is updated upon receipt.

    • Drive and implement continuous improvements within Lean methodologies to enhance operations.
