Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at The Facilities Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the building's mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including leaks and electrical malfunctions.
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and pumps.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Related degree from a technical college preferred.
  • Proven skills in the use of standard maintenance shop equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
