A dynamic opportunity awaits a seasoned professional to take on the role of Customer Experience Manager at Oaks Integrated Care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting chance to oversee daily operations, provide guidance and support to team members, and foster a safe environment for clients. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for promoting wellness and recovery concepts while establishing policies that promote diversity and cultural competency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and supervise staff during scheduled hours.
- Provide technical assistance, supervision, and support to facilitators, volunteers, and members.
- Promote wellness and recovery through outreach activities.
- Offer individualized support to clients in community settings.
- Market the self-help center and its services as a valuable resource to the community.
- Promote wellness and recovery as foundational concepts for center philosophy and activities.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures that promote diversity and cultural competency.
- Strengthen linkages between the self-help centers and local agencies, hospitals, CMHCs, partial care programs, and consumer resources.
- Coordinate with self-help center representatives and members to attend meetings, advocacy events, trainings, and conferences.
- Mental health consumer experience in the mental health field or peer support training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
