Missile Defense Systems Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and testing of advanced missile systems. As the Integration and Test Execution Lead, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful integration and testing of these complex systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering, physics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in missile development, requirements development, integration and test, and/or flight testing.
Responsibilities and Expectations- You will provide leadership in technical meetings within APL to coordinate multiple disciplines into an integrated product.
- You will coordinate test resource usage within APL and externally, working with stakeholders to ensure facilities, personnel, and technical requirements are met.
- You will serve as a point of contact for testing within APL, interfacing with MDA, PEO IWS, International Project Arrangements, and Contractor Organizations.
- You will participate in missile defense exercises, supporting target design activities and ensuring testing adequacy for sponsor and mission execution needs.
Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Requirements and Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in missile development, requirements development, integration and test, and/or flight testing.
- An active Secret security clearance; willingness to undergo government security clearance investigation and meet requirements for classified information access.
