The Missile Effectiveness Analyst will be responsible for conducting high-fidelity physics-based modeling while collaborating with authorities in other fields, including GN&C, RF / IR Engineering, Electronic Warfare, Software Development, Systems Engineering, and more. You will work closely with our team to prepare and present formal documentation to technical specialists, operational partners, and government sponsors. To succeed in this position, you should have a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another engineering field. Additionally, you should have 5+ years of experience analyzing driving factors behind missile system performance or working with aerospace systems. Strong programming skills with languages such as Simulink or Fortran are also essential. You will be required to have an interim or final Top Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-fidelity physics-based modeling
