Senior Spacecraft Battery Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Spacecraft Battery Engineer to lead the development of electrochemical batteries for multiple space flight programs.

This individual will be responsible for designing and developing battery requirements based on spacecraft system needs in collaboration with Systems Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical design, analysis, and simulation, as well as managing/leading a product development team.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Five or more years of experience with battery development and test.
  • Experience with lithium-ion cells, safety, and failure modes.

Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $330,000 annually.
