About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Compliance Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing client contracts and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.

This is a full-time evening shift position that requires strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in building maintenance or similar industries and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Client Contracts: Ensure that work expectations are met and compliance with client policies is maintained.
  • Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs).
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with Facility Services Managers to resolve issues and communicate daily recaps.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
  • 3+ Years of Management Experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading a team.
  • Building Maintenance or Similar Industry Experience.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
