About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees to managing the financial performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Effectively execute the Company's business plan to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication, and relationship building.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
  • Act as a Role Model: Adhere to all state and Federal labor and health laws, and uphold the policies and standards of performance and conduct set by the Company and the Dunkin' brand.
  • Work with Integrity: Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations.

Requirements
  • Previous Managerial Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant Experience (required)
  • Top-Notch Customer Service Skills

  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Financial Literacy and Analytical/Problem-Solving Skills
