We are seeking a detail-oriented Multilingual Office Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading national staffing organization.

As a Multilingual Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution of customer claims. Your strong organizational skills and ability to work independently will enable you to oversee the insurance portfolio and guarantee appropriate coverage for all assets.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in an insurance-related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as is fluency in English and Spanish (reading and writing). A sound understanding of auto insurance policies and procedures is also required.
