Health Coalition, LLC is a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical products. We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

About the Job
  • This full-time position is located on-site and requires a Monday through Friday schedule with hours of operation from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and documenting inbound shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and document inbound shipments for accuracy and compliance
  • Stock inventory in a first-in, first-out (FIFO) manner and maintain organized storage areas
  • Maintain all required documents and records related to inbound shipments
  • Perform daily inventory counts and report any discrepancies
  • Review sales orders for accuracy and ensure timely processing
  • Pick and pack products for shipments following internal guidelines and packaging specifications
  • Create necessary carrier documentation for shipping purposes
  • Record shipment data and maintain accurate records
  • Deliver or pick-up packages/products as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with other company duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse distribution position
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Calendar)
  • Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Proficiency in using office and warehouse machinery
  • Good communication skills; bilingual a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Quality-focused with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to communicate and interact with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Must be a team player
