We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Construction Demolition Specialist. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers during times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level construction demolition, water mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation services according to industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Be able to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • Have a strong desire to continually learn and grow professionally.
