Construction Worker

At Employment Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in the construction process, contributing your physical labor and support to help bring projects to completion safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and operating machinery.
- Material Handling: Transport materials and equipment around construction sites, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate location safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites for work by clearing debris, digging holes, and leveling the ground.
- Assisting Tradespeople: Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing them with the necessary materials and tools and assisting with their tasks.
- Demolition Work: In situations where buildings or structures need to be demolished, perform demolition work safely and clear away debris.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Cleanup: Clean up construction sites at the end of each day, disposing of waste materials and ensuring that the area is organized and hazard-free.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on construction equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks and ensure the smooth progress of construction projects.
