Construction Law Specialist

About the Role

The Lawt is seeking an experienced construction law specialist to join our team. As a construction attorney, you will represent design-build contractors in negotiations and contentious construction issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on construction law matters
  • Represent clients in negotiations and litigation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clients

Requirements

  • JD degree and admission to the Colorado bar
  • 3-6 years commercial litigation experience (construction preferred)

What We Offer

Competitive pay ($150k-$190k base for 3-6 years) and generous benefits including profit sharing, 4% 401k match and comprehensive healthcare plan. Roughly 1900 billable benchmark (potentially negotiable).
