Key Responsibilities- HRIS Integration: Assist the HRIS team in integrating new HR technologies and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing disruptions.
- Instructional Modules: Contribute to the creation of instructional modules, documents, and videos for HR processes and training, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- End-User Support: Provide timely and effective support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive experience with HR technology.
- Data Audits: Work closely with the HRIS team to support data audits and assessments related to HR technology, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
- Workday Implementation Support: Assist in reviewing local operational, business, and legal requirements for implementation in the Global solution, preparing scenarios for systems testing, and executing test scenarios.
- System File Cleanup: Update the HRIS SharePoint to provide easier access to other HR teams on key documents, perform a deep dive review of the current HR shared drives and SharePoint sites to determine if they can be removed or consolidated.
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application.
- HRIS Experience: Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP and/or Workday.
- Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, empower, and assist others to achieve success.
- Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
