About the Role:

As a Customer Care Specialist at Allstate Identity Protection, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing top-tier customer service, and resolving issues related to identity theft and other product-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and products
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong knowledge of identity theft and credit monitoring products
