Job Summary

Radias Health is seeking a highly skilled EHR Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Credible Team, you will provide critical support for our electronic health record system and day-to-day operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Support
    • Develop, implement, and maintain EHR domains for Radias Health, ReEntry House, and Carlson Drake House
    • Participate as a key member of the Radias Health Credible Team
    • Maintain and be responsible for tasks and projects assigned to Credible Team members
  • Training and Development
    • Understand, document, and create training tools for EHR features and workflows
    • Configure, build, and successfully implement Credible forms
    • Conduct Credible training during new hire orientation on a rotational basis
  • Operations Support
    • Manage the Radias Health Training Institute: provide administrative support for training set-up, communicate training details, and track employee attendance/completions
    • Assist in auditing and identification of errors and/or inconsistencies in execution of the EHR
    • Address and resolve Credible task tickets as assigned by the IT/Help Desk and Radias Health Credible Team
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Partner with the Radias Health Credible Team in identifying EHR system issues and contributing to the resolution of those issues
    • Support the Assistant Director of Operations with tasks such as Stericycle management, COVID-related vaccination clinics, PPE, N95 Fit testing, MIIC, etc.
  • Professional Development
    • Review, analyze, and provide recommendations regarding current and new features of the EHR to the Credible Team
    • Provide training and support for Credible features/processes/workflows to staff as requested
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years operational experience with electronic medical/health record system(s)
  • Administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with development and implementation of training material
  • Experience in healthcare or human services environment
