JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Operations Support role is essential for ensuring the effective functioning of the retail environment. This position encompasses responsibilities such as inventory management, maintaining store hygiene, delivering exceptional customer service, and processing transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily tasks to promote efficient store management.

• Organize and replenish merchandise on shelves while tracking stock levels.

• Uphold a tidy and well-ordered shopping space.

• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve any customer inquiries.

• Accurately handle financial transactions and cash management.

All tasks will be conducted in alignment with the organization's strategy and vision. Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as necessary. Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations is mandatory.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Preferred: One (1) or more years of experience in a retail setting. No specific licensure or certification is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Familiarity with cash register operations, including handling taxable and non-taxable items, SNAP transactions, and cash control policies.
