About the Role

Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Description:
  • Facilitate customer interactions and educate them on our services and pricing
  • Coordinate the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
  • Utilize our job leads & scheduling management software to manage customer inquiries and schedules
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with both customers and our craftsmen
Compensation:

$40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year, plus discretionary bonuses and performance incentives.
