Position Summary:

The Outbound Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement through phone-based outreach. This position focuses on following up with potential clients, addressing their needs, and converting estimates into sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unsold estimates and promote available services.
  • Engage with existing customers to inform them about current promotions and offerings.
  • Assist in scheduling services for customers enrolled in Family Maintenance Plans.
  • Perform “happy calls” to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services rendered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
  • Support the sales team by effectively communicating with department managers and staff.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving goals while providing top-notch customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus performance-based incentives
