Assistive Technology Specialist

Norco, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Assistive Technology Professional to join our team. As an ATP, you will play a critical role in evaluating clients to determine their rehab and assistive technology needs. Your expertise will help us provide the most appropriate assistive technology and complex rehab technology equipment to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the rehab field and hold ATP certification. A Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS) Certification and Ride Designs Certification are also highly desirable. If you are passionate about helping others and have a strong understanding of rehab equipment and assistive technologies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients to determine their rehab and assistive technology needs
- Work with patients, therapists, physicians, and referral sources to determine and provide the most appropriate assistive technology and complex rehab technology equipment needs
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to educate therapists, physicians, funding sources, and clients on available and appropriate equipment and technologies, funding guidelines, and issues
- Market Norco Mobility and Rehab Services by calling on referral sources
- Provide sales and product demonstration/in-services to the healthcare community
- Support industry shows, training seminars, or other local area events as deemed valuable for the specific rehab sales portfolio
- Attain/exceed annual sales goals and gross margin goals and objectives
- Consistently review and report on sales calls, sales outcomes, and sales opportunities
