About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Product Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Sherwin-Williams products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the paint and coatings industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
