Job Summary:

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide expert clinical care to neonatal patients at Dayton Children's Main Campus. This role requires collaboration with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Participate in staff development, research, and consultation to advance neonatal care
• Serve as a consultant to patients, families, and healthcare staff on neonatal care and related topics

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• RN licensure in the State of Ohio
• Certification in Neonatal Nursing or related field
