Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the Level-III NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of newborns, including physical exams, laboratory tests, and imaging studies
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and life-sustaining therapies
- Provide education and support to families, including counseling and guidance on neonatal care and development
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree in nursing
- Experience in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or related field
