- Engage in professional development, staying current with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in pediatric healthcare.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or related field.
- Current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
