  • Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, acute illness management, and chronic condition management.

  • Collaborate with our pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care coordination and ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development, staying current with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in pediatric healthcare.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or related field.
  • Current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
