Neonatal Intensivist

Miami Valley Hospital, a nationally recognized Level-IIIB NICU, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible neonatologist to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of our neonatal intensive care unit.

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care to critically ill newborns, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practices.
• Engage in educational activities, including teaching and mentoring, to promote professional growth and development within the team.

• Board certification or eligibility in neonatology.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
