Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Novus Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting with new business marketing leads.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide education on products and services
  • Prequalify applicants for new services and assist with application processing
  • Assist the Sales Team with obtaining and processing information for new service applications
  • Monitor and maintain customer orders, update customer information, and prepare reports
  • Respond to billing inquiries and communicate with contractors
  • Research and resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Provide operational support to the Sales Team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, College preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and proficiency required
  • Strong customer service experience and pleasant phone presence required
  • Prior billing experience preferred

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of being hired on with the company based on job performance. The pay rate is up to $21.00 per hour, and the schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with some flexibility.
