Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. As an Acute Inpatient Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dialysis treatments to patients in various settings, including ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Manage patient treatments, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Work closely with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N).
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
