Nurse Care Specialist

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits.

Job Description
As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current RN license and experience as a nurse
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are highly valued but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
