About the Role

This position involves working as a dialysis nurse in a hospital setting, providing care to patients with end-stage renal disease. You will be responsible for administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients according to their individual needs and treatment plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, medications, and allergies
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medication management, and self-care techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • At least two years of experience in nephrology nursing, with a focus on dialysis care
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 based on 40 hours per week, assuming an hourly wage of $48.00. However, actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
