TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in the United States. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nephrology nursing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Intensive Care Nurse Specialist to provide direct patient care to patients with renal failure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in nephrology nursing and be certified in CPR/BLS and ACLS. The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with renal failure, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and ultrafiltration.
  • Assess patients' responses to treatment therapy and make appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the physician.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and direct Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information in electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • CPR/BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Minimum two years of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in inpatient settings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Nephrology Nursing or Apheresis Nursing.
  • Experience working with Renal Replacement, Apheresis, and Ultrafiltration services.
