**Position Summary**
The Senior Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for executing various service-related tasks and providing support within the designated unit. This role involves coordinating information between internal teams and external clients, as well as resolving moderately complex service issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the setup of Automatic Payment Drafts.
- Prepare and process Lien Releases.
- Address standard to moderately complex service inquiries from both internal and external clients.
- Review incoming work and liaise with appropriate resources as necessary.
- Edit mortgage details, including changes to names and addresses.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of unit policies, procedures, standards, and workflows.
- Act as an escalation point for service-related issues.
- Assist in identifying and recommending operational enhancements.
**Additional Responsibilities**
Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**
This position requires a foundational understanding of systems and procedures gained through previous work experience or education. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing is essential. Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior experience.
**Education**
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
**Skills**
Strong knowledge of products, policies, and processes relevant to the assigned unit is necessary. A solid understanding of banking operations is also important.
