Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to determine their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Work with inventory and acquisition teams to ensure accurate market value of trade-ins and provide customers with competitive pricing options.
- Determine and explain purchase terms to customers, including price, payments, and loan duration.
- Stay in contact with customers to ensure their questions are answered and they have a positive experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
