We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Luxury Showroom Design Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll:
- Help us carry on our family legacy by providing exceptional customer service
- Bring your interior design and/or luxury retail experience to a brand expanding nationally
- Combine your passion for home decor and luxury products with your sales skills in a collaborative environment
- Communicate the unique benefits of our custom products
- Enjoy autonomy and accountability as an entrepreneur
- Embrace change and flexibility while driving sales and customer satisfaction
- Offer design expertise and inspiration to customers through in-person and video consultations
- Speak confidently about the functional and stylistic benefits of our custom products
- Manage customer projects and drive sales through consistent follow-up and CRM system use
- Co-manage and run the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Identify outreach opportunities and host local design events with support from our headquarters
- Cultivate a professional and positive family atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing product/technology training and weekly business meetings
- A positive and friendly demeanor towards every customer and colleague
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Awareness and interest in the design, home decor, and/or luxury industry
- An obsession with creating an elevated client experience
- Demonstrated skillset in project management and providing an elevated client experience
- Excellent PC computer skills, including experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or NetSuite
- A self-starter with a quick learning curve and a team player
- Three to five years of experience in retail, design, sales, or customer service
