Front Office Representative

Job Summary
The Front Office Representative is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work with other departments to arrange for services requested by guests
- Stay current with hotel developments and communicate with management and other shifts
- Encourage up-selling of guest accommodations and promote hotel amenities
- Process customer credit and maintain confidentiality of guest information
Requirements
- Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience or customer service environment
- Experience in Opera system preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, stoop, or bend for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
