Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling, registration, and payment processing, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our programs and services, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and provide informed support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
