Senior Project Manager - Asset Lifecycle Oversight

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed organization, Trusted Advisors. This position will primarily concentrate on managing obsolescence and asset lifecycle strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the obsolescence management protocols established by the IT division and its affiliates.
  • Evaluate and assess the obsolescence status of system components.
  • Oversee and implement necessary actions to mitigate obsolescence-related risks.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, subsidiaries, and IT service providers.
  • Guide stakeholder engagement to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Facilitate communication among business units, IT departments, sponsors, and executive management.
  • Track project advancement, timelines, and financial resources.
  • Generate project documentation and reports as required.
  • Assess process efficiency and provide insights on performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks and address challenges proactively.
  • Lead governance meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain and enhance existing operational processes.

Contract Type: Freelance
