B2B Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team and help drive business growth. As a key member of our Go-To-Market Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
You will work closely with our sales development team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals. Your success will depend on your ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and provide value through our innovative B2B integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a qualified pipeline by leveraging a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and working with your sales development team members
- Learn and successfully manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, leveraging our standardized selling process and MEDDPIC qualification process
- Meet and exceed quarterly / annual sales targets via new logo acquisitions and existing client renewals / upsells
- Understand customer needs and requirements through effective discovery, qualification, and scoping process
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SAAS selling experience in a full cycle, closing role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding growth sales quota
- Experience selling to multiple personas across IT and business
- Excellent presentation skills with strong written, verbal & negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills, including HubSpot, Salesforce, G-Suite, and MSFT apps
- Bachelor's Degree required
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include competitive salary, comprehensive healthcare benefits, 401(k), and eligibility for equity in the company.
