Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates of materials and gather necessary details to create quotes.
  • Communicate with sales representatives, customer service representatives, customers, and manufacturer representatives to obtain cost information and ensure accurate quotes.
  • Learn about Graybar's product lines and pricing mechanics to provide quotations that result in profitable sales.
  • Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
  • Compare manufacturers' bills of material to determine and price any differences for complete comparisons.
Requirements
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • 6+ years of experience preferred.
  • High School education.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
